1. Screen Time & Boundaries
No matter where you are; It’s a rare occurrence to find someone who’s not on their phone. Whether it's to stay connected with their Twitter followers or to attend a quick zoom session for their curriculum; it's genuinely impossible to leave these electronic devices behind. Now, that we’ve established that one can’t simply go off the grid and avoid these devices it’s time to establish some boundaries. We can still find various means and ways to tackle this issue on a moderate level. So, first and foremost you’ve got to learn to curb your need for endless amounts of media. Switching between Netflix, cable news, social media apps continuously bombard you with way too much information. Thus, you can't simply be mindful if there’s a huge collection of irrelevant information coursing through your brain 24/7. Establish some boundaries by fixing screen timings. Especially during nighttime, you cannot use your phone for entertainment-related purposes. It also messes up with your sleep schedule while standing as a huge hurdle between you and mastering mindfulness.
2. Let Nature Pave The Way
One of the main reasons behind adopting a lifestyle charged with mindfulness is to become more relaxed, calm, and collected. So, what could be more relaxing than taking a long walk and reconnecting with nature? Get up early and start walking towards your nearest park. Pay great attention to the birds chirping nearby and reflect on the sensations your body's experiencing at that very moment. Notice the minor things you've never noticed in nearby trees and flowers. Close your eyes and take in the fresh air. Pay great attention to how this fresh morning air seeps into your body and rejuvenates your soul. In this manner, you're giving both your body and mind the much-needed relief they deserve. You’ll notice how these minor exercises slowly tune your body and mind with nature’s rhythm.
3. Focus Regulation
Undoubtedly, the lack of focus and attention towards a single thing can have many disadvantages. Yet, the thing is in today’s world anything can disrupt your attention and divert you towards a whole another thing. It’s practically a huge issue and the ones that suffer the most at its hands are students. This is exactly where Mindfulness and its role in increasing focus become part of the conversation. Practicing mindfulness can not only help you deeply observe your thoughts or emotions it can also help you maintain focus. Some common activities you can take part in while practicing a mindful lifestyle are;

Practicing mindfulness is a whole lifestyle and lifestyle changes need to be regulated at a moderate speed.
